My cutting diet... your thoughts?

Thought I'd post up my cutting diet and see what you think of it!

Workout Day

9am 1 can tuna 1 pint water
9.30am 2 weetabix in semi skimmed milk 1 pint water
11.30am whey protein shake in semi skimmed milk
2pm 150g meat with veg and small portion potato
3.30pm 1 330ml energy drink 1 pint water
4-5pm workout 1 litre water
5pm 55gram protein shake
6pm 150g meat with veg 1 pint water
9pm tuna, frozen berries and semi skimmed milk smoothie
10pm 1 bowl veg stew
11pm 1 300g tub cottage cheese 1 pint water

On a non workout day I'll drop out the energy drink and the 5pm protein shake... So far following this diet I've dropped 11 pounds in 3 weeks...
 
Good for you bro. I think it looks good man. I am still learning a lot about diets and if your loosing that kind of weight and maintaining muscle mass then that is awesome.
