My current stat and doet (Help)

My meal plan is below and my stat information is below that. Guys tell me if I am doing this right or not and give me a good meal plan if not.


*1 cup oatmeal/Protein Drink = 520Cal & 28 grams Protein

*(post workout) 2tsb peanut butter/protein drink-creatine/Gatorade = 340 calories & 38 grams protein

*5 eggs (omega 3’s)/1 cup hash-browns = 414 calories & 30 grams protein

*Meal Replacement Drink/half cup of cashews = 540 calories & 20 grams protein

*1 pack tuna/1 cup veggies = 170 calories & 22 grams protein

*2 tsb Peanut Butter/Protein Drink = 290 calories & 38 grams protein

*8 to 10 oz Turkey = 320 calories & 36 grams protein

Total about 2700 calories and 210 grams protein

Stat’s

Weight – 190 lbs
Height - 6’ ft
Age - 29 years old
Sex – Male
Goal – Mass
Training – 3 years
BMR-1963.2
Activity Factor – BMR x 1.55 (gym 3-5 days/wk)
TDEE - 3042.96
 
If your goal is to gain mass i think you need more than 2700 cals a day. Your caloris intake should be higher than your TDEE by about 250 to 500 cals.
 
Even with this meal plan I am gaining gut, but that could be a little bloat from cycle. What are some meals that you eat that will break the same o thing?
 
??? U are on a first cycle and only consuming 2700 cals? Thats just a waste . Add another 1000 calories bro, dont complain about a little bloat u are on cycle just deal with it, or take some aromasin

I thought that I needed more calories, but I felt like shit only eating 2700 and my gut was bulging out. I will add some calories to this.

Bro, throw in more chicken, fish, eggs, and the most important, RED MEAT if you are on a cycle.
can't forget milk is a great gainer also.

+1 - red meat seems to be more anabolic and throwin 6 egg whites into my whey shakes makes me feel instantly jacked
 
Will do bro, I am learning. great sites like elitefit helps the process along. Not that many peps around here that know what the shit they are talking about, bunch of pussys. More red meat, eggs, and fish, thanks.
 
damn thats not many calories for a bulk... I'm 6'2 and 160 lbs. I'm bulking on 4500 kcals :P Although im only 16 years old XD. and for all you guys who are prob gonna ask about bf im at 10.6% :)
