I would just like to thank everyone on this board who has answered my questions week after week lol. All you guys on this board have been great, answering all my questions about training, shirts, diets, etc. Thanks a lot. It all paid off for me today. For those who dont know I am in the 165lbs weight class(21 years old for those who care). Today I was three for three. I opened with 300, my second lift was 330(this actually won my weight class), and my final lift was 350. I was pretty psyced. Just thought I would tell you guys how it went. Thanks a lot.

Glad to here you did well.

My meet was today too, BUT I did not get to compete. Check this out. I have been training and everything is going great. I am stronger than I ever been. 2 days ago the meet promoter said he cannot make it in because of the flight issues. So, I suddenly got this meet dropped in my lap. I had 48 hours, no information, no trophies, nothing....but the show must go on. Ugh. I ran the entire meet with a total of about 25 benchers and 15 deadlifters. I arranged and did everything. Even printed up some sweet ass meet shirts. With the extreme short notice I was expecting things to go really bad, but it went great. I printed up fancy certificates and the lifters were more than understanding that their trophies were late. Everything went smooth and we had some awesome lifts. A handful of around 700 pound deadlifters and about 10 near 450+ benchers. One 22 year old in the 242 class (actual weight 225) benched 545 and a near miss at 560.

I am just putting off my competing to WABDL WA State Championships in 2 weeks. I am sunburned and dead ass tired...

The mann-yea I am going to take it light this week and start training westside style the next week. I will be doing another bench press competition in December and I hope to be close to 400 by then. Then in March of 2002 I am planning to go to Charleston,WV and do a state meet there and hopefully set a few records and get my name out there. We'll see. Thanks again guys for all the help and encouragement.

Hey bro congats! Train hard and those numbers rise fast. I am moving to Indiana this week so maybe we will bump into one another in some meet. Anyway good job bro.
