I was bored and compiled this diet....How would this look for me to do second time around? Would this put me in ketosis?
Meal 1.....Optimum Whey shake 2 scoops, 2 tablespoons UDO's EFA
Meal 2.....8 OZ chickenbreast, 2 tablespoon UDO's EFA
Meal 3.....Optimum Whey shake 2 scoops, 2 tablespoons UDO's EFA
Meal 4.....2 talapia fish (45 grams protein). 2 TB natural PB.
Meal 5....Optimum Whey shake 2 scoops, 2 tablespoons UDO's EFA
About....2400 Calories. 160g Fat, 30g carbs, 248 protein.
Fat 58%/Carbs 5%/Protein 37%
About 500-520 cals a meal
About 48 G protein a meal.
About 30g Fat each meal
Meal 2 and 4. Can replace Protein with 2 cans tuna, Talapia fish, Or Chicken breast, 8 egg whites. Throw in a cup of broccolie or green salad with 3 meals.
