Mr X...question

Nowhere on the internet or in any nutrition guide have I ever seen any indication that heavy whipping cream has any carbs. You have even recommended it for use on the CKD diet.
However, a couple of people on this board have stated that it does, in fact have carbs. Now, I just read this, and it concerns me greatly since I have gotten the bulk of my fat from this product over the past couple of days. Have I screwed up my ketosis?

Thank You.

I think you are fine to use Heavy Cream as long as you consider that it has about (close) 2 carbs per I think 2 tbsp. So, in turn, I would not use more than 6tbsp. at one time and no more than 12-15 tbsp. total a day.

This guide should help you in the future:

Well, I think it rounds off to 0 if it's less than 1, so it's probably around .7-.9 carbs per tbsp. so that's why they say it's 0. Just consider my ratios, and you'll be fine.
