Try to keep your diet as simple as possible. The good and bad thing about most diets is flexibility. Variety is a double edge sword, it gives you different tastes but it also confuses you. I say pick 4 or 5 foods that you KNOW you can eat and stick with those for the first couple of weeks. After you get used to the diet you can start to branch out to other options. A wise man once said, “KISS” (Keep It Simple, Stupid). I need to plaster that on my forehead (backwards of course)
