I've been looking at doing the TKD diet a bit different. Instead of taking carbs post work out and burning them off here is what I'm considering.
First spend a few days to get into keto (or speed it up w/ slin) but being in keto when it begins for sure.
Then say starting monday train
Back/Bi/Hams
4x8 Pull ups
3x10 Bent over rows
5x5 wide pull ups/lat pull downs wide
4x8 shrugs
10/8/6/12 Barbell curls
2x8 preacher curls
3x6 hammer curls
15/12/10/8/8 Laying leg curls
4x8 stiff leg deads
2x10 standing leg curls
Then take 5-10 iu Humilin R followed with 100 gram carb 50 gram protien 5 gram l glutamine shake (about 15 minutes) then at two hours a low cal/fat protien shake with more glutamine
Do a similiar training routin wed, friday (only working in all body parts, haven't worked out the details of what when yet) followed by the same drink/meal while the slin is working.
On tuesday,thursday,saturday stay strict keto
Sunday have a good carb day for sanity, and get back to keto levels with slin.
The diet depends on slin to work so its not the safest I know so don't try it if you don't know what/how to use slin. But I'm hoping this diet would work for good addition of muscle and getting rid of fat (every ones dream
