3 sets of 12
cable crossovers (25lbs each side)
scull crushers (40lbs)

Superset
3 sets of 12
Incline press (25lbs each side)
cable pulldowns (60lbs)

Superset
3 sets of 12 for the weighted exercises
15 pushups
side lat. raises (8lbs each side)
front lat. raises (10lbs each side)


Apr. 13
6:30am - temp. 97.8

7:00 -Cardio
30 minutes steady state on treadmill (speed 5,incline 10)
20minutes practice walking and posing

hammer curls (15lbs each arm)

bendover rows (40lbs)
21's (20lbs)

Sidebends (20 each side, 15lbs in hand)
decline crunch (30, 25lb plate on chest)
leg raises (20)
supermans on ball (20)

leg extensions (100lbs)
Seated Leg curls (80 lbs)
Lunges (75lbs)

3 Supersets of 20
45 degree calf press (110lbs)
seated calf raises (70lbs)

*Note this is my 2nd leg workout for the week, and I've been sprinting all week, I think my body wants to grow ;) *
