Legs and abs

*4 sec tempo for all exercises*
Stiff-leg deadlifts 3 sets of 12 (70lbs)
Leg extensions 3 sets of 12 (90lbs)
Leg curls -1 leg at a time 3 sets of 12 (50lbs)
Lunges 3 sets of 12 each leg (75lbs)

Abs (*I supersetted all 3 exercises*)
3 sets of 30 crunches on ball (25lb plate)
3 sets of 30 oblique crunches on ball
3 sets of 20 leg raises

Then relaxed in the sauna for 20 minutes that felt great :)

At 6:30am temperature was at 97.4 :rolleyes:

7:00am
30 minutes cardio on treadmill
Intervals- (2 minute rest, 15sec @ 8, 15sec @ 8.5, 15sec @ 9, 15sec @ 9.5, 15sec @ 10, 15sec @ 10.5, 15sec @ 11, 15sec @ 11.5, 15sec @ 12, 15sec @ 12.5, 15sec @ 13, 15sec @ 13.5, 15sec @ 14, 15sec @ 14.5)

15minutes practiced walking and posing

I think it was lower today, cause I woke up and it was freakin freezing in the damn house, the bf decided to leave the windows open overnight.... :rolleyes:

*Note this is my 2nd leg workout for the week, and I've been sprinting all week, I think my body wants to grow ;) *

20 each leg- leg raises hands on bench (don't know what to call this exercise it's for the bum and hammies)

3 Supersets
12 each leg step ups (bench was 7 steps high)
25 box jumps
12 squats with just the bar (bum to the ground)

3 sets of 20 bum exercise (again don't know what to call this) basicly lying on a stability ball, hands are on the ground and lifting lower body up as high as possible.

variety of ab exercises.

Tues. am
Cardio -30 minutes (sprints)
practiced walking

DO them on the ground as well...raise upper AND lower at same time to make it more intesne

Yep, I'd have to say they are the one thing that makes my current diet "doable". It used to be my fav was oatmeal, but that was pulled from my diet 2 months ago.
