3 sets of 8 chin ups
20 minute practice walking and posing

pm legs and abs *all were done with a 4 sec. hold)
3 sets of 12 deadlifts (60lbs)
3 sets of 12 leg curls (80lbs)
3 sets of 12 (each leg) lunges (75lbs)

Abs
