protein shake (25g protein, 1/2 Skim milk, 1/2C raspberries)
Gym
squats (to the ground) 3 sets of 25 (65lbs)
seated leg curls 3sets of 25 (40lbs)
leg extensions 3 sets of 25 (40lbs)
seated leg press 30 (120) 30(140) 30(150)
calf raises with dbells 3 sets of 25 (30lbs each dbell)
