Large cup coffee, splash milk

2 slices wholemeal fruit nut bread, toasted
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 tbsp honey
1 green tea
250ml water
12.30pm Took colleague out for lunch
Restaurant actually made my request:

feta, rocket, sundried tomatoes
Beetroot, celery & carrot juice
350ml water
5.00pm
Protein bar

6.00pm Gym
Upper body workout (to ease in gently)
Incline DB press
Lat pulldown
Military press
Low rows
Abs - forward and reverse crunches
7.30pm
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsp cranberry sauce
1 serve protein powder mixed into:
3/4 cup plain FF yogurt
1/2 tbsp almond butter
1 liter water
multi, flax, zinc, sesamax, levorex
1540 cals P:43 C:28 F:29 Fiber:10g
It was SO hot. Lacking in water, not enough fiber, need to add more veggies.
The gym was harder than I thought so I will not over do it for the first week or so - it feels like I haven't been in months!
