Woke up and felt like staying in bed all day but I forced myself out. Couldn't face the gym so went for a beach side walk. Once I got going, I picked up the pace and went as far as the headland and back again. It took just over an hour and felt much better when I got back.

So I've spent the last hour reworking my cutting calculator as I have put on 3 pounds (now 155 and 35% body fat); almost back to where I started.
Anyway, I'm about to cook this week's meals and I WILL have just 4oz chicken before bed. As I did not finish the reports I'll have to go in extra early tomorrow. Macros turn out to be:
