Woke up and felt like staying in bed all day but I forced myself out. Couldn't face the gym so went for a beach side walk. Once I got going, I picked up the pace and went as far as the headland and back again. It took just over an hour and felt much better when I got back.

Spending the afternoon working :( Got some reports to complete but I just can not get the enthusiasm to do it. Geez, I need a kick up the @#$!

Oh hell. Could not concentrate on work and could not resist the urge to make pancakes.

Did have Glucorell-R first though, 4 of them. Yeah, great :rolleyes:

3 pancakes (6.5 inch diameter)

1 tbsp whipped cream

So I've spent the last hour reworking my cutting calculator as I have put on 3 pounds (now 155 and 35% body fat); almost back to where I started.

Anyway, I'm about to cook this week's meals and I WILL have just 4oz chicken before bed. As I did not finish the reports I'll have to go in extra early tomorrow. Macros turn out to be:

1510 cals P:28 C:42 F:30 Fiber:12g Water:2 liters
 
Monday 14 November

1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup blueberries
1 1/2 tbsp almond butter
500ml water

9.00am
Large cup of coffee made w/ splash milk

10.00am
3oz sardines in tomato
2 slices performax bread
500ml water

multi, flax, zinc

So far, so good. This is a meal by meal thing for me at the moment.

It was a beautiful morning and was amazed at the number of people doing the same as me at that time.

Had allergy attack today - haven't had one since the last time I cheated big time with food - mmmm, interesting.
Took pills, it was that bad and am now so drowsy, I'm going to bed.

P came home!! Yay! Went to seafood market then he cooked me dinner at home :heart:

2 Glucorell-R - the rest of my AF order came today so I'll start the Levorex and Sesamax tomorrow.

Slept in a bit as I had prelim appointment at OBGYN.
Bought a heart rate monitor - interested to see how many cals burned/fitness level.

In meeting so did not eat again until I got home.

Even with carbs tonight, cals too low. Could also up the water. Probably will not make a weight workout until Saturday. Food has definitely improved on last week as I am a bit more focused (and not so hormonal!).
