More calories today due to a lunch meeting but macros not too bad:

Protein bar

1.00pm Lunch Meeting - not much choice
About 1 fillet snapper in olive oil
1 cup mixed salad
1 cup fried potatoes - oh god - just could not leave them alone but only 1 cup!
500ml water
2 levorex, sesamax

4.00pm
Protein Shake
500ml water

8.00pm
Omelette - 6 whites, 1 yolk
1/2 cup Spinach, 1 tomato, 2 cube feta cheese
2 levorex, sesamax

More water before bed

Slept in.

P's brother came over with his new girlfriend. We went to the beach, walked, played ball, played mini golf - generally had a good time. Time went by very quickly - ended up going out for dinner.

I keep saying this after a few drinks, but it's really not worth it. The party girl has just got to go.

2 poached eggs
1 slice smoked salmon
1 small potato rosti
Fresh squeezed carrot, celery and beetroot juice
multi, zinc, flax, sesamax, levorex

Went out and about, running errands, shopping, cleaned the cars etc.

Subway roast chicken and salad, no dressing
500ml water

4.00pm
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup blueberries

Monday 21 November

Had surgery today so nil by mouth all morning and too nauseous the rest of the day to eat. Everything looked good thankfully but the test results will give me final clearance. Now I can concentrate on getting these hormones sorted. Coming off the pill worries me a little because I've always been one of those women that lose weight, not gain. Plus the acne and PMS are bad. The doc said a clean diet and exercise can be a key to overcoming most symptoms. So another reason to keep improving my lifestyle.

Back to logging tomorrow. Hope all you guys had a great weekend.

Clean Diet really does work wonders for your body, skin, health, etc...
