But here's the million dollar question....if you had to choose between a martini or a dessert, what would you choose?

Dessert. I don't recall ever having tasted a martini, therefore the dessert would win out.

I generally prefer vodka martini, shaken, straight up, no olives (either Grey Goose, Chopin or Belvedere).

But if I need the sweet taste, either a sour apple or a cosmo.

IP and I (Nelmsjer in IP's account) are sitting here and have just caught up on the last 10 days of your journal. Really, REALLY good stuff going on in your life, no matter what it feels like. I'm more glad than you can imagine about the meds...we'll have to talk about that (good talk).

It was so inexpensive on the cruise/on the islands. Very tempting!!

Hmm -- I would choose DESSERT... but I've never had a martini (I guess I'm the weirdo around these parts! Ha! ).

I know -- I will put them side by side... and sample each other back and forth until I can make a final decision on which I like more.

I'd be right next to you in the same position!

I have to say my favorite martinis right now are lychee and pomegranate. That's right, as though the alcohol isn't bad enough, let's throw in a ton of sugar on top of that.
