Good luck coming off the meds Merme! Know that if you feel totally whacky for a couple of weeks, it's very normal. There can be weird withdrawal symptoms.
Badger - Thanks for the luck, I might just need it
Flor - Loved the mermaid gif, thanks
Que - Laughed like a drain at the pic - just suits my SOH. "Laugh like a drain" - where does that saying come from?
Been pretty busy the past couple of days but managed to get AM cardio in as it sets me up for the day perfectly and I don't feel so bad even if I miss the night session.
Thursday 15 June 2006 - Day 5 of no alcohol (and working all weekend so will make it a full week no problem)
Meal 1 - 1 oatmeal protein pancake, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1/2 cup blueberries
Meal 2 - 1 oatmeal protein pancake, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1/2 cup blueberries
Meal 3 - 1/2 cup tuna, 1/4 avocado, 2 slices rye bread
Meal 4 - Um, chocolate
Meal 5 - 1 cup whites, 1 yolk, 1 cup spinach, 2oz turkey
No totals as I'm at work and the internet connection is too slow for me to get Fitday as well as EF
AM cardio - 30 mins treadmill, 5.5kph @ 10% incline
So, just had a choccy craving mid afternoon and gave in to it My work day jusy doesn't feel right now without starting it off with 2CB and 30 mins sweating - puts my head in the right frame. Trouble is the CB makes me want to keep going so I might have to get up earlier.
Seriously though, I was drinking daily last year, then reduced it to weekly when I started logging but found that it still had a significant impact on my progress even then. I just think my body does not like it at all. Much better of without it for lots of reasons.
