I tried the bars, I cant eat just 1 or 2 so i had to ditch em LITERALLY. they taste too good to stop after 1 serving maynnnn. Im gonna try the peanut butter apple in the morning but sprinkled whey ontop could be pretty weird I tried sprinkling whey on shit before it gets all gunky. U sprinkle it on tha oats tho? whats that all about , pre micro or after?
Cook the oatmeal and then add some vanilla protein to it. About a half serving or more. Then add a little fruit. If its a good tasting protein it will be kind of like them fruit and cream oatmeal packs you buy.
