So recently ive only been hittin 1/2 cup oats and 1 scoop whey at 9 am and then goin to lift at 12 empty stomach. I notice mega lack of energy sometimes if i dont kick an NOxplode or some type of eca stack prior, Should I be gettin a meal in right before hte gym or at like 11 30? a half hour before?? Ive heard from my bud that owns the gym that i should be hittin a pre workout shake of 1 scoop whey right as i leave to go there.. any advice u guys can hit me with, and if so what kind of meal should i be carb loading or just protein in that meal
