I just started wsb recently and today i did good mornings for the first time. I haven't done these in a long time, so i really didnt know what weight i would lift so i just started real light & went up till i could only do 2. It may actually be a weak weight but i was surprised and happy i got 315 for 2reps and I'm pretty small(170lbs). damn i'm hooked, i love this freakin program.
o' stupid question, what are glute ham raises? is this refering to using machine or what? i searched but couldnt find descr.
