Macros for cutting diet

My formula for cutting;
1.5g Protein per pound LBM
1g CHO per pound LBM
.25-.33g Fat per pound LBM

Adjust as needed, but carb timing is important. Consume carbs first thing in the morning and around your workout(80% before, during and after). Otherwise, stick to protein and fat meals, fish oil is a great supplement to add.
 
Java- great info. I'm going to tailor my diet to those standards.

Off-topic:
How many g/lbm of each do you use when bulking? (sorry to hijack but I'm curious)
