ever since I started drinking protein shakes my gas is out of control and it's very uncomfortable for me as well as people around me. Also when I go to the bathroom it stinks really bad and the whole house smells afterwards. This has never happened to me before what do you think is causing it

if you got gas from protein thats milk related
switch to pea protein that will work better
