6 am : 1 scoop whey with water
7am (PWO) 2 scoop Hydrolized proten ATW plus 1 scoop gatorade powder
10 am: ?????????? either 1 can tuna, or 2 TBspn ANPB
1200: 2 chicken breasts plus veggies
3:00 either 1 can tuna, or ANPB
6:00 2 chiken breasts plus veggies
9:00 2 cups CC
Some notes, im 5 9, 175, 16-20% bf. I really wanna get cut up and then bulk up as soon as winter quarter starts (10 weeks)
I lift Mon-Chest, Tues-arms, Wed- Back, Thur- Shoulder, Fri- Leg
I have 2 hour rugby practice 5x a week.
Lastly, by 'chicken' i mean also turkey, roast beef. Im at college so its kinda hard to know what lean meats there are.
Im looking for a more CKD approach.... maybe this explains lack of carbs?
