did todays workout in 55 minutes it took me a little longer than usual b/c I workout with my lil bro so he follows whatever I do but can't keep up with the same weight as me. Proud to say though I went up while I was doing my DB elbow out ext instead of the 40DB's for 8 I got the 45 for 8 like they were nothing on my last set. Next week I think I might jump on the 50lb DB. And front lat pulldowns went up on those too, last week I did them with 120 for 8 and today went up to 135lbs. I LOVE THIS PROGRAM.
