get yourself cans of tuna (low sodium), bring hard boiled eggs (cut out the yolks), oats, also check out ansi gourmet all natural cheesecake bars or quest bars (these are all natural and actually a protein bar that is good for you) and start bringing some wheytobuildmuscle protein with you... these will all help...
