Hell no lol, I'm to natural haha, time to step up the training, after the nationals or soon after I plan on college and no working so I can get those extra workouts again, then it will be on.
Yeah I have been looking into Massage therapist, muff diving, phys ed for woman,.....oh and real estate. Really don't know yet but I'll start with the basic program lol.

shoulders- did 2 triple sets of....w ith dumbells

then i set the dumbells down, and did the same thing without dumbells.
