hey, you know what your talkin about- I totally trust your judgment :)

I've got 4 weeks till the challenge end.. im sure it will be hard to not cheat- but i can do it!

This is a good practice for you because when you're competing, you can't cheat at least 4 months before comp. Besides, you're almost there and you'll feel a great sense of accomplishment..

And once all the "poison" is outta your system,
you really dont crave it at all.. I love that feeling.

Absolutely; I always say that. Once you get used to not put junk into your system, you don't crave it. If you keep teasing your system with crap, you'll always crave it. It does feel great, because there're no worries. I don't have to hope to be cut, I know I'll be cut, when I want to be cut.
 
This is a good practice for you because when you're competing, you can't cheat at least 4 months before comp. Besides, you're almost there and you'll feel a great sense of accomplishment..

I remember for at least 5 months. It's not as bad as it sounds. Once you're determined to do something it gets easier. Besides, the most difficult period of staying clean is the first couple of weeks. Once you make it through, it gets easier. At some point, you stop craving cheat meals and you think you can stay like that forever, but you really can't. We're creatures of habit..
 
Wow! That'd be a good challenge...i should try to avoid cheating, starting w/ weekly, bi-weekly, monthly... it'd be good practice..

I know I can do anything that I want to do, if I put my mind to it, but sometimes my sweet tooth drowns out my willpower!! lol

First- you don't have to go from 30 to 180 degree in a heartbeat.
Second- it all depends on what condition you want to go into a competition. Even if I go in competing against myself, I still want to kick my ass the next time..

I also have a very sweet tooth, but as I said before, the less you show restrain, the less you crave it. A year from now you'll look back and say "Wow, I'm actually showing a lot of discipline I never though I had.

Hips- 35

I dont want to loose too much hips.. but whatever Im doing ( eating clean) is working isanely well. I didnt do any cardio last week. Will start incorperating it again this week. 30 min. 3x this week.

Stayed away from the booze & junk this week :) Feel much MUCH better !!!

Unfortunately, we can't lose bf by body part. By getting leaner, you'll lose some boobs and some hips. You'll look awesome nontheless..
