weight- 131.9
bf%- 23.9 ( didnt lose much here this week..)
bust- 32
waist-27 ( no loss here)
hips- 36
We had a bit of a cheat this weekend- panago. It was delicious, but I felt so horrible after I ate it. Physically, Mentally & Emotionally.
My cheats will just have to stick to- a granola bar or some cottage cheese w/ berries every now & then.
I'll get on the progress photos sometime this week & email them to you again
Oh & yeah, you actually look the same age or younger than that model! wow!
