Sleep is arguably even more important then your training itself. If you aren't recovering from your training - you certainly aren't growing.
Bigorse, I used to use melatonin but I found that it always gave me a droggy feeling the next morning and I wouldn't feel like I was awake until around noon. I switched to n2sleep from n2bm.com and don't have the same problem. The effective dose of melatonin is 1-2mg. Most melatonin supplements are 3-10mg. It's way too much.
Each pill of N2sleep has only 1mg of melatonin. I usually only take 1 before bed and it's the perfect amount. It helps me sleep but I don't feel droggy the next morning.
