A few on this board knew I was working towards this cruise as a goal to lose some weight.
Even though this past week, since monday I had been fighting an upper respitory infection and sinus infection, I haven't had the energy to lift or do cardio in the gym. Despite my best efforts Monday and Tuesday to lift the body just wasn't willing. So I laid in bed till Friday morning, only thing I made it to was classes. Well with that said, even though the last week has been a bummer, I am feeling much better and here are my results....
At the start I of this goal for my cruise I was
6ft
220
23% body fat
I now weigh in at
207
19.7% bf (had this checked friday when I finally started getting better)
still 6ft
Im seeing new veins come as I work out and few stay in my forearms and biceps when Im not flexed. Of course the dirty stretch marks, but they are a good sign.
Originally I came here researching clenbuterol. I was looking for a quick fix and upon reading many of the threads, I was impressed with the knowledge a lot of guys and girls had. I found my way here when I realized I didnt just want a quick fix...I wanted a lifestyle change and that working hard for it was the way to go.
Much thx to those who have helped me along the way. I look forward to this week, but also look forward to next week when I go back to working hard on this body of mine.
