How are these MRPs as a pre-workout drink? 20g of carbs, 20g of protein, 4 g of fat......seems pretty solid, no? Figure I'll have a Metrx midam and one these midpm as a pre-training meal.....
 
don't want to feel bloated though.........thinking about just doing it up in a little water (pudding) and chugging it...what are your stats?
 
Not bad but personally I think you might want a litlle more carbs since that is 200 cals and in most weight workouts (moderate-high intensity) burn about 300-500 cals. Add a little oatmeal.

for postworkout have some hgih glycemic food right after witha lot of protein. this will stop the breakdon of muscle and help start building

I use them I feel they are pretty clean not alot of junk in them.
Right now Im usuing the Naturally Lean by Prolab and Im fine.

Add more sugars....But make sure u time them right so your not feeling woozie by the time you get there. 1/2 hour should be a good time...
