I have been putting together a diet to keep my bloodsugar stable through out the day and this is my final result. Vegetables are VERY expensive where I live so i really can't eat them except with one meal but i take the necessary vitamins through out the day..

Is this any good?

itd help more to actualy write the foods your eating my good man, i like the macro nutrient break down tho very thorough and explained looks good to me
