Hello friends,
I am pretty well versed in training and "supplement" use. However, I have no idea what half of you guys are talking about when you say TKD, CKD, Keto, etc etc. What is it, how does it work, is it effective, should I try it?
If there is any basic good articles which answer these questions or if there is a guideline, I'd love to know.
My diet has just been a simple 6 meals, high protein, medium carbs, low fat. I am thinking about going with the high protein, medium fat, no carb with carb load but I need some literature here. I want to do things right.
I'm 5'11, 205lbs, 9%bf, currently on cycle.
