Ketogenic diet and ECA

quick question I'm hoping someone can answer for me..

I'm currently doing atkins (sticking to mainly cardio 3 times a week, 1/2hr). I want to start taking my ECA stack but I'm worried about caffeine causing an insulin spike and therefore causing my body to store dietary fat.. If I switched to a low carb (40gm/day or less) and low fat diet would that help, or am I better off just sticking to plain ol' atkins? If that would work, what would you recommend as far as fat levels go.. 25-30gm/day?

If this has been asked before, feel free to flame, I didn't bother to search :)

Adding carbs to your mix isn't going to somehow prevent the ECA from giving a spike to your slin, so why you'd add them in for a possible "other" spike, I've no idea.

The amount of caffeine you have to ingest to get an insulin spike to ruin your "ketosis" would have you dead first.

i am on atkins and i do a ec stack
don't really know what the asparin is for but that many a day gives me nose bleeds so i dropped it
caffiene does not spike insulin contrary to what atkins thought
or as SC says the amount needed to do so would give you adrenal failure
can't wait to get my y hcl to add to my ec stack

thanks guys, I've been doing it for a week or so now (200mg Caff ,25mg eph HCl) and I've continued to see drops in bf% so I'm pretty sure you're both 100% right about caffeine and insulin spike.. thanks again!
