Hey! I am on Keto diet but unlike most other posters I still have urges to eat a lot on this diet as well. In fact, I often will go over my bmr. So my question is: what snack are their on the keto diet that are low calories?
Try taking 5HTP to lower appetite. Also, fiber supplementation can fill you up. As far as snacks, I would say 1-2tbsp. of EFA's (flaxseed) will surely fill you up. (Flaxseed does not taste great but you have to work with it)
