todays diet

meal 1 1/4 cup of cottage cheese with pineapple
meal 2 1 3/4 cups of eggwhites
meal 3 grilled chicken and veggies in a sweet chili sauce
meal 4 can of tuna
pwo ON whey shake
meal 5 buffalo filet with green beans and potato
meal 6 1.5 oz of almonds

this past weekend i ate a whole betty crocker devils food cake with cream cheese icing...it took me 2 sittings. i need to get my cardio on tonight
Don't fret son. Try to take in as much as you can. When this is all over, you won't remember much. Deep breaths.

not sure if i'll get to ht the gym tonight..i have a doc appointemt at 6:45 in staten island which is about 40 minutes away from hoboken. so i prob won't get back until about 8 or so tonight...then i have to cook my meals for the night and the next day...shower and find some time to relax and not stress. i'll see how i feel when i get back to hoboken if i can scweak in a quick workout. would prob just do about 5-6 sets of ohps and then shrugs if that's the case

ok so i've been ridiculously busy with wedding stuff and work stuff...i only made it to the gym twice this week due to unavoidable dinners. i was supposed to hit shoulders wed and then legs last night....did not happen.

new plan of attack for today: i have to train arms but i think i'll do some ohp's and squats first then move on to arms. here is what i'm thinking

ohp 3x5 then a drop set for like 8 or so

squats 3x15-20

incline db curls 2x6-8

hammer curls 2x6-8

pushdowns 2x6-8

cgbp 2x6-8

hoepfully i can fit this under 50 minutes or so b/c i want to do cardio as well after and i don't feel like staying in the gym for an hour and a half.
 
my logging has gone to shit lol so much crap to deal with...12 days left!

todays diet

PWO ON whey shake with 1/2 gatorade
meal 5 6oz buffalo steak with wild rice and green beans

you feeling like shit yet? Found out the hard way your bopdy needs carbs to survive, unless this is just a short stint......getting weaker?
 
i haven't gotten weaker...but i def haven't been progressing in weights each week. except maybe for ohps. i can survive without carbs during the day....doesn't bother me much. i can even get in a decent workout. i know my habits at night time though...i'll eat clean all day and it will be 9pm and i want to eat a bowl of cereal or something so i leave room for error lol

this is just until my honeymoon...after that i will prob still eat clean just add more carbs during the day. maybe throw in a few sandwiches....but for the next 12 days thuis is what my diet will look like

hahaha....yep! there are so many reasons i want this wedding crap to be over with but i think the biggest one is my diet!!! i can't wait to just not really care about how many carbs i took in. tic toc tic toc
