ok ...had to take a few days off from work. let's call them mental days....getting back on track today...
yesterday's training
shoulders no more 30 sec rest crap...couldn't handle it lol
standing ohps 95x15 105x12 115x9 felt slight back tweakage and didn't feel like hoisting the last rep up and induce injury.
seated db press 50x15 55x12 60x10
cable side laterals 3x15
one arm reverse cable cross over pulls lol 3x15 these i believe reallt hit the rear delts even mor so then bent over db laterals (which used to be my fav for rear delts)
db shrugs 80x5x15
no ab work and no cardio
today i'll either hit legs or just do cardio....i'm thinking just cardio b/c technically i was supposed to hit legs on tuesday and never did....i'll juts wait til next tweek
****23 days til i get married and boy am i feeling the pressure lol. getting the jitters....everything feels so surreal
If you DIDN'T have to take a couple days off after a bachelor party weekend I'd feel bad for you bro.
As for marriage, don't worry about it, it's gonna be just like it is now... except you're gonna keep paying all the bills and she's not even gonna make the bed anymore.
