Diet goes on tommarow. ENjoyed last nice bowl of spegetti with meat sause. Got the hot tub hooked up now and its REAL nice after a back workout... I think i might jump back in it.
ive decided to skip counting cals this week. after 4 months straight, i need a break. i wont be eating crap, just dont care how many cals it comes to. since im not changing my meals too much, it will probably be close to what i normally take in. just needed a vent. about to go the gym and attempt 130 db lat rows. wish me luck
didnt try 130's today. felt a lil iffy in the gym and didnt want to push too hard. stayed at 120 for this week. couldnt really do my normal tri routine bc of my elbows really hurting. hopefully they will feel better next week.
Elbows still hurting eh? Mine never hurt after a workout it more just kinda felt strange and was to afraid to hurt myself when I first started with certain types of tri workouts. Backs not really sore today....fuckin hella frusterating. I tried just about everything too. Roar. Eating good today. Mucsle milk/skim 2 eggs some redline and skoal. Now I gotta cook again before next class.
