Real nice work.....makes me feel my month look like a complete waste. Suprised you havent puton any fat at all with that many cals. Doing any cardio? Whats the main types of food do you eat?

yes, my avi is current from Saturday night...

current stats are 208lbs @ ~ 13% BF...

i JUST started the high cals this week (Monday)...

prior to that i was on only about 2400 cals... and was hitting cardio 3x per week for 30 minutes a session...

i feel pretty good about my BF RIGHT NOW, so i decided to up the cals and try to add some muscle mass over the next 6 weeks...

i'll post up what i have been eating this week later this afternoon...
 
I see....haha I was like how the fuck did he drop 6% of BF on 3500 cals! I dont care how strict the diet. Well great job bro. Hopefully I will catch up. But I have my work cut out for me. Go eat some Mc. Ds or something!

Dude it looks like you could have some good genetics. Just keep your diet lean and try not to loose muscle. Work hard and I am sure you will be able get lean in no time. The race is on.
