DZLS: Alrighty then... hey, how would you compare recovery now as opposed to your early 20's ... that is if you trained anywhere similar (well... diet would make a difference too)... just curious.

haha no abs yet. Just my hard Beer belly. I was just showing the diffrence in arms. Compare it to the Gallery pic..

I'm going from memory cuz I can't check galleries when i'm using the "expertpcsupport.com" way to access this site... dunno, why. But it's prolly a good thing to keep me semi blocked from using the whole work day on EF.
 
haha its no prob. I was going to do a before and after but the before pic had much better lighting and angle. My arms I think look 2X as good bigger and leaner. Its been by far by biggest improvement. My waist gets smaller but the fat holds on for dear life. Its just nice to see my arms getting bigger when my biceips were my weakpoint. Now working on delts.
 
jeez guys. im gettin real sick of this cutting diet. idk, thinking about switching to a lean bulk. i dont think i can keep it up much longer
 
Well if you are at 13%. It wouldnt nessicarly be bad to start bulking. Depends on what you wanna look like. If I were you I would be bulking too. I dont think that is not nessicarly easier because you will have to spend more time cooking and eating. Instead of thinking about not eating you will just have to keep eating(i do like eating more :) ) go for what YOU want.
