Weights are going great. Diet so-so, lotta drama in my life right now. Not getting the cardio.
Need to get more sleep so I can get my cardio.
BTW, just hit 300lb Deadlift tonight, I think first time, 4 reps.

Haha. The funny thing is I have never went to the gym to help out my sex life and never used it for motivation. As Sarge would back me up on this one its all about game. BUT..it doesnt hurt. But I pulled just as many girls when I was real over weight then I do now. I had all the tim ein the world to party and have a social life. Thats why I really dont have a desire to be "ripped". I like to be big/ittemidating/strong...... it gives me a superman type of security that I love. I get mine anyway :p But thanks Bun and CK.....always nice to hear from you grils. Congrats bunny again on being Elites top EF girls!

Hidin....Gotta love deadlifts. Such a powerful motion. Plus it makes the arms look huge hanging on all that weight.

Went for a good ride today, about 70 minutes , around 130-145 heart rate.
City, I hate deads, love squats, but those are my 2 best lifts.
Plat is good!
I likey the gurl pics, but I ain't gettin any strange stuff, no matter how gud I look. I'm married, happily (most of the time, LOL). I lift for personal empowerment & health reasons.
 
Okay, I'm late joining this thread. I slacked over the winter. I got back into this almost 4 weeks ago (I have to check my log to make sure). Anyway, I took some progress shots, and WOW, I'm impressed. Can I see abs? Um, No. But, my tummy and back are leaner & my bf% has dropped.

I will check in again in a few weeks.
