Haha alright Ill get them tonight. Had a KILLER forarm and Tri workout.
Sarge- My back is still gettting used to work. I finally found that I have to do pyramid training for success. I prob do about 7 sets with barebell row including the O Bar only. Then just put on 10s-then 25s all the way up to 45's each side.Then back down to 10's It helps me concentrate and focus on my lats. Then I go to Upright cable rows and just do a pyramid but with less sets. At the height of the pryamid I only get maybe 3-4 reps then go real light and just focus again on tighting of the back. Then I fishish with a random exercise. This has been the only thing to work for me. And my back is growing faster then ever and I enjoy it now just because although its small I can row with 250+ pounders.....i dont know how but I do.
Bunny- You will get your pic. And this web cam blows dick and When I do a double by the light just makes my whole body shine and you cant see barely and muscle. I think the double bi will show my most improvment in waist line/BF. By the way... I dont drink that muc anymore.... I am almost out of trouble and will soon be starting my cycel=No binge drinking for me.
Just a little plus for my tri workout....repping now 95 lbs skull crushers....gotta love em. With a behind the head dumbell press of 110lbs max. I think I will get some lifting pics soon.
