Haha alright Ill get them tonight. Had a KILLER forarm and Tri workout.

Sarge- My back is still gettting used to work. I finally found that I have to do pyramid training for success. I prob do about 7 sets with barebell row including the O Bar only. Then just put on 10s-then 25s all the way up to 45's each side.Then back down to 10's It helps me concentrate and focus on my lats. Then I go to Upright cable rows and just do a pyramid but with less sets. At the height of the pryamid I only get maybe 3-4 reps then go real light and just focus again on tighting of the back. Then I fishish with a random exercise. This has been the only thing to work for me. And my back is growing faster then ever and I enjoy it now just because although its small I can row with 250+ pounders.....i dont know how but I do.

Bunny- You will get your pic. And this web cam blows dick and When I do a double by the light just makes my whole body shine and you cant see barely and muscle. I think the double bi will show my most improvment in waist line/BF. By the way... I dont drink that muc anymore.... I am almost out of trouble and will soon be starting my cycel=No binge drinking for me.

Just a little plus for my tri workout....repping now 95 lbs skull crushers....gotta love em. With a behind the head dumbell press of 110lbs max. I think I will get some lifting pics soon.
 
Kay guys, Kick my ASS, I am not eating properly, I am finding that I am soooo very hungry lately, not good! Kick away! :worried: :rolleyes:

It's ok to be hungry, you are working out, metabolism is changing ... burning fire need wood to stay aflame... bright & powerful ... muscles need food, they are growing ... just make healthy choices ... :)

I haven't seen much change lately, and I am wondering if it is my workout routine. Givin that my workouts haven't been up to pare lately I am not sure if I should just stick to what she gave me or change my diet or my workout or both.

Can you throw a towel over the light to dim it or provide a little less glare?

Whether or not you SEE it in the pics , lighting, etc.... YOU can tell, YOU can feel it ... It's obviously noticable in your lifts ... that's awesome!!! :D
 
haha thanks bunny. CK if you find yourself hungry all the time I bet you arnt getting your 1.5 gallons of water in. I al always hunger and its usally because I havent been drinking enough water. They say that like 95% o armeica is croniclly dehydrated and that people confuse dehydration with hunger. I do. So when I get hungrey I drink water until I dont feel good. Thats just me though...
 
Went for an awesome bike ride after work. About 1 hr. Down by the University :p .
I tend to snack when I'm stressed in any way. Comfort food I guess. There's this asshat at work who keeps a basket full of Resen's chocolate candies on his desk. I walk past it 20 times or more every fricken day.
Today was not a good day :redhot: :chomp: , hence the bike ride.
Every day you fail, gives you a chance to start over. It's not how many times you fall off the bike, it's how many times you get back on.

Seriously, I hate the gym. I lift weights at home, & I love to bike & roller blade for cardio.
