Tuesday May 29th::


Had to fast for a blood sugar test. Didnt have any food prepared. Just been off task since I partied so hard. Didnt sleep much last night cause I was to banged up.

11:30

Apple (grabbed @ gmas aftr appt.) Was running late 4 a hair appt and all she has is fruit and carb loaded sugar free shit. F that! Im already toxic enough! lOL

12:30
4.7 oz tukey breast strips
2 oz green onions

Did 45 min of cardio mixed speeds (nothng in paticular) on a stationary bike (411 CALORIES burned)

Not much appetite still. Having to force myself 2 eat. BARF! Hopefully tomorrow is a bttr day. I have fricken stats checkd. Yikes! Have a feeling the partying might have taken a toll. BUt I am in a forgiving mood.

Wednesday May 31st:

Woke up @9 am. Having bf checked today so I weighed in @ 133. Decided to wait to eat until afterwards just to be accurate cause this is what I did last time I was measured. I didnt lose any weight but I did lose 1.1 % of bf!! Woo hoo! I have been on this plan for 10 days.
bf = 19.6

Could not finish one part of the exercise because a guy was on the cable machine and I had to go get my daughter from school.

This is what I ate @ Kobe restrnt. Cldnt finish much. Havent been hungry. Good 4 me or I wld crave sweets. Yikes! So I havent at all. Had to take the rest home. Bisically ate just a little and brought the rest home and measured it but also kept track of how much I ate there.

Trying to get my calories in. I have been a screw off by not pre planning my meals. I had a chef but let him go because I found out he was being dishonest with my blank chks. I shld have known better. Hate being so trusting and then gttng screwd. :rolleyes:

Woke up @ 8:30 and immdtly strtd cleaning house. WTF? House keepers come today and I promised I wld put away all my crap for weeks and my house was basically trashed frm my party. YUCK! LOL

I just FINALLY got to your log. Im excited to see your progress and how that list of supps. as well as your intense training will work out.

Dont worry about the BF. You are at a very normal one actually. And since you've been @ 16% before, it wont be a problem at all.

Wednesday June 6th:


I fell a little off track with my log and work outs over the weekend. I love to party and seem to get to out of control. It doesnt help when you are training/dieting for shoots and then come the weekend and you stay up for 2 days straight and cant even drink a protein shake cause you cant swallow. lOL So then of course my cortisol was sky high when I was recovering not to leave out the fact I was having a bit of an argument with someone. So....I decided it had been 3 weeks or so since I had any chocolate and I ate ice cream and peanut bttr chocolate malt balls. LOL Not to much though. Oh ya and some fries. So of course I took that as my high carb day and it was pretty much all I had eaten since a bran muffin and cashew mac nut bttr in the a.m. . OMG! I skipped workouts for Sat/Sun/Mon.
Sat it got to late as I was shopping all day. Went out that night until Sunday night. DAMN! Didnt eat anything. Woke up on Monday and ate a bran muffin and a tbs of Cashew Mac nut butter. Was extremely tired and lacking some major sleep. Good thing I gave up drinking because I was not bloated for sure. In fact I was totally depleted of water and loved the way my body looked Just not the way I felt. Urgh!

So yesterday I started back and did a body comp workout. Stayed on track with food but didnt keep track.

8:45 a:

3.8 oz smoked salmon
1 oz. pumpkin seeds
2 oz blackberries


11am:

sml apple
2 tbs almond butter


2pm:

3 oz shrimp
1.2 oz scallop
1 oz avocado
1.5 oz cucumber
3 oz brown rice prot

5pm

5 oz chk breast
10 oz fresh strawbrries

CARDIO: WALK 1 HR 7 MIN BURNED 364 CALORIES
Hvnt done yoga in a while. Need to get reconnected with it this week.
