I just started back serious after taking 2 months off of training/nutrition due to an operation. My bf went up from 16.5% to 21.5% and now it is @ 20.7. YUCK! I am working on building lbm but my main focus right now is to drop this bf without losing to much muscle. I hesitated about logging because it can really be a pain in the ass to do each day but I need to keep a log for my Naturopath and Nutritionist anyways. And of course for my own benefit so I figured rather than having a shit load of paper all over I may as well do it this way to and probably learn a few things from the girls here.
I was doing bw x's 12 and have tried changing it to bw x's 11 and what have you but everyone keeps harping on me for not having enough calories with my activity level. I would not change it just by the critisism until I took a whole day of researching and realized the fuckers were right. LOL NOt really fuckers..I love my friends. So I am not between 1925-2150 in calories depending on what I do for activity each day.
I went to a new Naturopath who is into Sport Medicine. (Awesome guy) I went to see him because I feel like something may be wrong with my insulin. I am very in touch with my body and the way I feel and something just doesnt feel right. It may be the low carb thing but I have to be really careful because I am on hgh without monitoring. So I just want to make sure as I am also borderline hypo thyroid so I cant fuck around without being checked. Anyways..he changed my protocol a little and the first day of taking his protocol of natural meds...omg! Incredible energy. I havent felt this way for the longest time. It is fantastic. I also have my Nutritionist (super smart and beautiful woman) helping me on my Nutrition and I feel very positive about this. I am getting ready for photo shoots for the entire month of August.
Ok...what a long book. Its the fricken energy Im telling ya! LOL
So...up to this point I havent done much cardio at all. I hate cardio but I am starting it and here is my plan of attack to start.
TRAINING:
WEIGHTS:
I just started German Body Comp training. It keeps my heart rate up with very short rest periods. (30 seconds) Kicks my fricken ass! This is a 2 day whole body program. Something different and new to me. Depending on how sore I am I may take a day of in between or do them back to back. But probably in between and a full day of abs aside from this.
CARDIO:
Also...starting out with 4 days of H.I.I.T for cardio mixing it up between machines. I cant run yet because of my operation so I have to use machines. Urgh I hate em.
YOGA:
And I am doing 3 days a week Bikram yoga on days that I dont lift.
One rest day a week to avoid overtraining.
Diet:
1925-2150- Calories
Low carb -between 50-80 gr of fibrous only
2 high carb days: up to 150 gr combination of fibrous and starchy
Good fats and between 159-199 gr of protein
Current weight this a.m. 134. It went up 9 pds since about 6 weeks ago. WTF? This is another reason why I think something is off but it can also be water from hgh.
I am having my stats checked weekly because of my time restraint for photo shoots.
Supplements:
I wont list supplements daily because there is to much.
Here it is for once and I will change this if things change.
Glutamine: upon awaking, before and after workouts, b4 bed - 5 gr each time
Hgh Inject: 1 iu upon waking/ 1 iu 2 hrs b4 bed
Folic acid,methycobalamin, b complex, & b12 inject every other day
Phentermine for appetite suppresnt: 15 mg to start out
Arginine & ornithine: 2 caps at lunch and 2 b4 bed
Lipo Dc Spray: 2 sqrts under tongue upon waking and b4 bed
Gluco Balance Multis: 6 each day more towards aftrnoon and eveng to avoid being to close to thyroid supp
Armour thyroid: a.m
Hydrozyme: 4 b4 meals
Amino Sport: 3 b4 and aftr wrkouts
Bio C Plus: 2 b4 bed
Perfect E: 1 b4 bed
Bio Cmp: 1 @ lunch and 1@ dinner
Omega 3's : 3 @ bfast, 3 @ lunch, 3 @ dinner
Easy loss vitamin pack: 1 @ bfast and 1 at lunch
