Might I suggest using a lower watt bulb for your face....perhaps 60...and maybe one of those "Soft Light" deals.

When I first started reading this, I thought you were being serious. Then I realized that you were being sarcastic, and I started crying right into my rice crispies.

Now I know I'll need to post some better ones, perhaps with something other then a disposable cam. I don't really know anyone who can take my pic for me.

Ok..it is really hard to tell, but like jeeps said, you are on the right track. From what I can see, you are starting to get some definition in your arms.


as for taking pics, I think they may have disposable digital camera these days? I'm not sure. Or, try taking the pics in bright light, without the flash.
