Is this enough cardio??

I am currently at 200 pounds and at 12% bf. I want to drop to 9% or less and I know cardio and diet is the most important. Is 20 minutes of cardio after a workout enough 4 times a week? I do weights 4 days plus 20 minutes cardio afterwards. I train on Mon,Tues, Thurs, Friday and I also go on Sunday morning just for a 40 minute cardio session. So that is a total of 2 hours of cardio along with my weights. Wednesday and Saturday I rest. I am also cycling Clen, Hydoxycut and ALA. Thanks guys!
 
You could do all that and not lose any weight if you eat too much. The basic formula for weight loss = burn more calories than your eat. This formula will never be wrong. Do that and you will lose weight.

I think that is a good amount of cardio. For me, that would be enough, although I prefer to go for 30 min sessions each time and just skip the 40 min session. I also never do cardio post-weights, because it only compromises my recovery and muscle retention. Try doing it in the morning. Just tell yourself it's only 20 minutes. You shouldn't need more than 5 cardio sessions per week. Any more is will just eat your muscle like PacMan.
