I am currently at 200 pounds and at 12% bf. I want to drop to 9% or less and I know cardio and diet is the most important. Is 20 minutes of cardio after a workout enough 4 times a week? I do weights 4 days plus 20 minutes cardio afterwards. I train on Mon,Tues, Thurs, Friday and I also go on Sunday morning just for a 40 minute cardio session. So that is a total of 2 hours of cardio along with my weights. Wednesday and Saturday I rest. I am also cycling Clen, Hydoxycut and ALA. Thanks guys!
