Insulin spike or too much ala

Yesterday 20 minutes after eating my meal I got extremely tired. I took 600 mg of ala 10 mintues before. I am wondering what cause this. I ate a shit load of turkey, so could it have been the tryptophan that made me tired as hell. Or did I take too little or too much ala which could have either not worked at all and I just had a massive insulin spike, or else I didn't eat enough carbs to merit taking 600 mg of ala? I didn't eat that many carbs, not more then 100gs. I guess it could have also been that I haven't ate any high GI carbs for 4 months as well other then post workout dextrose.

It was probably more the Turkey than anything (at least it is for me). It really doesn't take much to tire you out, especially on a full stomach.

Your blood sugar dropped too low; tiredness and fatigue are one of the first signs of low-blood sugar.
