well.. im doing some reserch for modifing my diet.
what would be the best meals to eat during the day before your workout ?
what would spike insulin more, fats only (nuts), protein only, or fat + protein ?
also , what happend if u eat for example fats in the morning and u workout in the evening , what happend with that fats , they turn into fat or you use them as energy because they take long to digest ?
