Hi Daisy girl or someone, I have written here already too much question , but I'm confused of my cutting diet. I thought that I start loss some fat, but I think that I gaining strenght, I have feeling that my body is stronger, I feeling bigger, I can't explain it.My scale showen me 1 pound more is it possibel by cutting diet?? Before this cutting diet I have had long time diet I took something around 1000-1200 cal daily. Right now my change was that I adding more protein than before ,is it possible that here is problem? Maybe is it not problem, but I'm afraid if I gaining fat. I want tone my abs!!!!! Help me!!!!
I workout 5x/week long time this is my schedule
MO - chest{4x3x10-12rep} + abs+30 min cardio
TU - back{4x3x 10-12 rep}+ 30 min cardio
WE - Legs and calv. + abs
Thu - Should.{4x3x 10-12) + 30 min cardio
FR - Bic{3x3x10-12} and Tri{the same} + abs + 30 min cardio
I must telling yet that I lifting more weights than before.
My cutting diet:
1. 1/2 cup oatmeal + 4 egg whites + 1/2 piece of fruit
2. 20 g protein + unlimit vegetable {maybe 10 carbs} + 1/2 cup rice{sometimes I add 1/2 piece of fruit}
3. before workout 20 g protein + 1/4 cup oatmeal
4. protein shake {25 g} + vegetable
5. 30 g protein + unlimit. vegetable {maybe 15 carbs}
6. protein shake 20 g
As fat source almonds or 1 teas PB or flax.seed
One day at week I have cheat day.
So what do you think girls ? Where is mistake or is it OK? Is it normal that I feeling full or more strenght?
I'm 25 old 5'6" 108 Lb.
