if you MUST drink on a cutting diet...

If you must drink, plan your refeed/cheat days around your clubbing. For example, I went out on Friday and Saturday night. Friday was a refeed, so I knocked down a pitcher of beer. I try to get about 8000 cals on a refeed day, so the calories are not an issue. The next night, I drank diet coke, and no alcohol, because it was a keto day. Alcohol will definately knock you out of ketosis, even if you are drinking low-carb beers.

I would be careful about drinking on cutting cycles if you are using winstrol, or other 17-aa steroids. Try not to put such a large strain on your liver.

Thanks for everyone who gave me advice. For those others who said that drinking is not a must... I'm sorry, but I'm 21 (just turned that for a matter) and I'm only living once. Most the week I work , diet/workout, and go to school. What is all of this going to really accomplish? Why do most people work out? Some do it for the love, others to make themselves fit and more attractive-for finding women; like myself.:fro:
