he's not ronnie regan, but respectable enough, and not extreme in his views which should be appealing to moderates and indys.
i think anyone of the GOP hopefuls could beat obumbles in a fair fight (fair fight meaning no illegal and fraudluent votes)

Voter fraud is a made up right wing issue. The amount of proven voter fraud in recent elections is infintesimally small. Republicans make it a fake issue because it justifies their efforts to suppress votes. New more restrictive voting laws being passed in many states are supposedly designed to stop fraud, which doesn't exist, but actually is intended to make it less likely for minorities, young people, and poor people to vote. Republicans do not keep this a secret. They want to suppress the vote, and realize that lower turnout favors their party.

He's a circus act... Doesn't have the pedigree to retain the GOP faithful
And he's Mormon, which makes him inherently polarizing. They can't afford to split the vote like that.

I think the GOP is actually trying to say is that if you don't have a job and don't pay taxes you do not have the right to vote and you should shoot yourself in the fucking head and save me the bullet. How the fuck can those who live off of taxpayers think they have a voice. The only voice I wanna hear from them fucks is as they scream after I throw them off the top of a fucking mountain into the scum pit where they belong.
